Just arrived at the airport after attending the AGM.
Most of the resolutions passed except 3 and 13.
ELSU2005 is correct Mr Lui was not re elected or given performance shares.
Votes were 25for-75 against.
Not many turned up and I asked lots of questions.
Non Executive Mr. Richard Homsany got his nose out of joint with me!
Told me I had no respect for the board.
At the end of the formal part of the AGM, got up and walked out!
No chit chat , no nice to meet you. I think I pissed him off with all the questions.
