Just FYI the company is not hosting or broadcasting the AGM due to cost. The company secretary also told me there hasnt been any demand for an online / hybrid AGM until I asked. Ive suggested a non voting broadcast, video recording, audio recording or just a plain old transcript. In fairness the co. secretary did say it was too late to broadcast it this year due to notifications etc but will bring it to the boards attention for next year bahaha.
Apparently they think its about $15k which I know is BS and even if not would be very comparible to one of the conferences the business attends so really no excuse. I have provided this feedback too and encourage you to do the same.
FYI heres an email I had from one of my other holdings today (I have taken out some bits so as not to xpromote) to show how it can be done with forward thinking leadership....
