Mmcaw , I agree that OPL and NEO cannot be compared directly .... however , OPL has really moved since Jack Hammer-1 spud .. from 26c to 41c , a 60% increase vs NEO has moved up only about 10~15% .. this is what is the most frustrating for NEO holders (me included).
I would say that at least half of OPL's current mkt cap is due to JH-1 ($30m), so therefore it seems reasonable to me that NEO should be capped at least $20m , perhaps closer to $30m !
Anyway , NEO will re-rate to a valuation closer to what I consider 'fair' very soon imo.
