Yep i'm firmly of the view that the miners (AKE, MIN, PLS, upcoming CXO) etc. are so well tuned to the market that they will optimize production to maximize $.
The industry has learn its lesson from the last boom/bust - any sign of waning demand and you know what they'll do they'll more or less hold back on expansion and/or blame delivery timeframes blowing out but will continue to sustain high $ per tonne on existing output.
The miners are in complete control and they'll want to hold on to these high margins.
There's no equivalent to OPEC in the Lithium space yet, but we all know what they will eventually end up doing collectively.
