    The offer is for a totally new enterprise exploiting growth opportunities in China. VA is on the board but not CEO.

    The bit that isn't clear to me is how will MSC shareholders receive capital return for our share of that Chinese telecomunications company VA is giving to it...

    We shareholders own a chunk of it, so how do we get our cut if we do not what to participate?
