Calm down mate ... the hyperbole in my post was just an inkling of the screams of horror you'll hear from the loony left after sighting an EIS with FPSO and King Sound mentioned in said document.
It would be in the court system for years as the well funded eco/enviro/climate-change/hydrocarbon-hating groups appeal every step ... guaranteed!
