Ive read your opinion on it at the time and I couldn’t believe you would sell because of your personal view and I know it wasn’t his preferred option. But he thought (I thought too) that the bigger scale would attract a much better offer. It wasn’t forthcoming. Like a lot of wealthy companies and some wealthy individuals they want to steal assets not buy them at fair value. I’ve experienced this very thing myself and I expect assurances were given at an early stage and withdrawn and you get pushed into a corner and you end up fighting to get the best possible deal without them. He could not run an Scott made that call late to get the best outcome for SH now he has total control. I believe your opinion is wrong but that’s just my opinion.
