A number of countries , right or wrong , have decided they want to restrict people into their country on the basis of a health parameters.
What is being proposed is that , rather than a hotchpotch of different rules , some standard protocols are set out to facilitate travel.
So Freedumbers, what does Australia gain by not being part of it?
And, FFS, what relevance would an Australian referendum have.
