A little belated extra AGM info. I've just spent two hours catching up on all the posts and the fantastic information. Well done everybody!

The only extra bit of info from Sydney that I dont think has been mentioned was Coby's throw away line about the Skywater qualification process. He said he'd just received an email (this morning I think he said) from them confirming that the chips were working! He seemed pretty chuffed by that. That implies the wafer (it was great holding one at the meeting!. I'll show my grandchildren the photo one day to explain how we are sitting on our luxury WeeBoat) has been diced and spliced and they've plugged a chip in. Exciting that its all real!

Re Tier 1 fab. He made it clear that the 22nm will go to tape out before the end of the year. As you may recall when they announced the first tape out they didn't announce the fab at that time so we may not hear about which fab it is at the same time. Be great if we do though.

I originally thought Samsung when he said people who didn't work in semiconductors would know the name. After reading @Seenitallnow post @holdy65 could be on the money with Intel. Wouldn't that be exciting. If trawled the internet looking for another 22nm fab who's name people may be familiar with bit none came up.@Merlin88 SK Hynix would certainly be a good option but I dont think people are that familiar with the name. Intel would certainly cause the world to sit up and take notice but it somehow seems too good to be true. Makes sense with Dadi connection though.

I also noted the "WILL announce successful qualification" with respect to automotive. That will be a long journey though.

The other nit bit was "There really is so much happening". This was very much a case of not what he said - but how he said it.

I topped up in the pull back at $2.02. I clearly didn't buy enough!
