My quick Google for what remediation options might be available found what sounds to be a similar case in 2020 for Latin Resources (LRS). The remediation seems to have been that the related party had to sell the Breach Securities on-market and donate the profit to a registered charity.
Calling an Extraordinary Meeting to address a $400k breach seems excessive, and runs the risk that shareholders don't approve it so another remediation would be required anyway.
