I wrote using two meanings of the word con:

• to study or examine closely
• to direct the steering

I thought we were being steered in the direction of improving our sentiment towards the company. Isn't that what Dyamond's appointment was intended to do?

I was also using con in the sense of "to study or examine closely". I thought that monitoring social media was Dyamond's role?

Am I missing something?

People can, however, interpret what I write in whatever way they choose!
