I believe that Ensign 970 rig is the preferred crew to do the PB drilling.
MIN would have been in negotiations for some time now, with Ensign.
Maybe a rig sharing agreement like the last round of drilling?
If MIN get the rig for the first 2 wells, then stx use it, before MIN drill the next 2 wells.
After all, they did release the rig for MIN to do LD1.
