Look at their prospects and where they are located. More importantly look at who is around them (nearology factor) and "possible acquisitions", then ask yourself what are the chances of a decent find and acquisition. Take into consideration current and potential mc. Therein you will find your answer. N.B I bought in yesterday at 1.3cps and was willing to pay more. But please DYOR as I know nothing.
