BUT TAR individual intersections are HIGHER GRADE,
The REE mineralisation commonly FROM SURFACE, and of similar thicknesses.
PLUS
- far better infrastructure - road, rail, power,and proximity to a port.

On that comparison alone TAR should be 7.4 cents at the very least!
Once OD6 shareholders decide to take profits i can imagine some of those holders will migrate across to TAR.
