This looks like its so close to a breakout.The 61.8 fib and some diagonal resistance are both converging to a point where something has to give ? A break of $0.084 should hopefully see it get to around $0.10 which would make that a 3 point resistance level...and then who knows where it could go from there :)) The volume spikes and corresponding price jumps the past few weeks has to be a good thing.

I only found this one very recently and Im not familiar with the fundamentals...its an interesting looking chart though.
