Yes congratulations Nova management for once again selling out investors in the stock at obscenely low price. 10 million in the bank there was no need to move now until the results from cathedral etc were released. Those who say that the daily share price doesn't matter have a look what you have got now. We have a credit raise at an extremely low price. This deal would have been great at around $1.50 to $2 which is where it should have been at.The horrendous management of funds announcements and debacles over the last couple of years put us where we are instead of in a position of power. although I do think it's a good deal it was done at too low of a price for the reasons I've mentioned above.
