Coby and the board have stated in the past that they are not interested in acquiring or merging with anyone, not at this stage anyway. maybe it can be something that gets looked at down the track but right now i'd say they've got their hands full for next few years and i wouldnt want them dealing with that headache anyway

Chip royalties: range from 1.5% to 3% but this will always be confidential to each agreement that is entered into by a customer so we can only speculate
Chip Costs: that's a very broad question and you won't be able to get a specific answer i doubt, depends on the product it will be embedded in (discreet will be diff too), size of the geometry, purpose etc list goes on
These questions were asked years ago yes, not at recent agm as most shareholders are aware of these facts
