Origin is in the same position as OZL. So, type into an internet search engine "why-is-the-origin-share-price-not-rising-closer-to-brookfields-takeover-price" to get an answer to your question.

One reason could be because some investors think there is a risk that BHP may not follow through with this takeover, for whatever reason e.g. to many 'red flags' uncovered via due diligence on OZL.

Personally, I view the due diligence process as low risk, except for Brazil.
