    What is even worse about this fiasco is there is no chance of further capital raisings, if the company doesn't succeed now they are kaput ... No one is going to underwrite a placement again after the underwriters were dumped with so much stock this time. Even a $1m fee wasn't worth the risk.

    And to think they are using the proceeds to invest in other companies.... when Shareholders won't even invest in their own.
