    they should have thrown in options to sweeten deal for shareholders.

    dod you see my post about options expiring in June 2023, 53c strike price. Well there is a gap on the chart at 58c )

    we will get a big uptick in sp when 8k deal is signed and sales update coming in Jan, not long to wait.
