The cap raising was only positive because it gave them cash (which they need), but at the cost of dilution. Obviously it adds up.
The real positives come from announcements and development. That's what made the price go up, not the cap raising.
The CR will only punish the share price.
The way they saved it last year was from:
* 7 July 2009 Placement of Total Shortfall from Rights Issue (92.24 Kb) A large group bought the shortfall.
* 6 July 2009 Change of Director`s Interest Notice (107.56 Kb) - Director buying shares.
