I am not asking you to admit it; it's obvious to all. I make a point of pointing it out because you've chosen to act as ausheds' counsel.
Lynas fully intends to support ROW magnetmaking and apparently understands that requires a 9:1 wt% Nd/Dy ratio. So they know they need to do what Iluka did: Put their foot on an HREE supply and develop processing capability for HREEs that includes processing for third parties such as will bring them into balance. Is Lynas waiting on JOGMEC (who may have other plans) or does Amanda wish to move forward to address markets beyond Japan?
