Showing your age boomer? Although you do that fairly regularly..
2 years is the standard in the current market.
It is extremely rare to have somebody stay in a job for 5+ years. Also, Amazon is notorious for a toxic culture of work over everything else. I know this from a close friend of mine who was in a high up position in Australia. She was completely burnt out and had to leave to keep her sanity. 2 years of that may be enough for anyone.
