As also mentioned Windara always had horrendous ground conditions and water issues.
This was demonstrated by POS back when they tried underground drilling - a total failure.
That means higher opex through increased ground support and mining methods like paste fill or cut and full.
Eroding margins - if was doable it would already be in the plan or someone else would be doing it for them.
