Now I will tell you why this doesn't spook me: the legislation is being challenged by over 30 states. So it will be a long long time before it is guaranteed to become law, let alone for them to move onto the next steps in their plans. By that time - even if it does come to pass - GDN should already have sold a lot of gas & made some money (or become TO targets.)
