There are big issies here...and if they live here...do you want your christian son to have 4 wives? or your christain daughter to be one of 4 wives?
What is the law of our land?
It has nothing to do with being good or airey fairy religious harmony...cultures are different and grew in different lands to suit that land and what sustained the population...ie more than one wife may have been neccessary hundreds of years ago to provide for children or women were helpless chatles of warriors....
Our culture is different and should not be comprimised in the name of others beliefs,imo.
Some things are not meant to mix...well not too quickly.
