    was not saying any shorting now, it is just in my experience that when a stock enters the 300/200 club institutions need to buy in but invariably loan them out as a guarantee to make money, they have to own them so why not make % on them whilst holding….Vanguard just love it. I think we will trade around the 31/32c mark this week, happy to be wrong of course.
