I tend to agree with you regarding the need for the company to deliver on the onboarding of customers who are paying to use the software and to process payments as those are the revenue streams that are recurring and do not require additional balance sheet capital to be deployed in order to support growth. The company ought to already have sufficient staff onboard to facilitate the early stage growth in customer onboarding for payments. This is the most cost effective avenue towards cost neutrality and then profitability.

I also agree that a new DW for agri is premature at this stage, particularly as at current SP the required capital raise to support the first loss capital in a new DW would be too dilutionary. SPX needs to get some proper runs on the board with significantly increasing the payments flows first to drive market confidence in the SP before pursuing further expansion ideas.
