Guys or Girls you should really try and get a copy of the AGM as most of this was covered in joe's presentation time and only one question. So those with a million and one questions or reasons why this won't work ( @4hrworkweek i may be looking in your general direction with this comment but others as well) instead of asking and debating the points in circles on the forums you could have asked Joe himself but failed to take your opportunity.

A few of the main takeaways was yes, a lot of the cost increase is infact inflationary pressures. Cost of some of the chemicals have gone up %236 ( Don't quote me on that figure but I'm sure that was it). Along with just regular plant costs etc rising as much as 60% on some items.

Ok that was the bulk of the undesirables out of the way.

The good things is Obviously we all know that the price of lithium chemicals has gone through the roof. The numbers they have used are on the conservative side still.
Further to this they have been in contact with BMI who have stated yes there are flaws in their indexing of prices and they believe there will be updated pricing models released hopefully in December which will further increase the attractiveness of margins and overall profits.

Further drilling going on in Karibib that will hopefully be announced before the end of the year is looking very good indeed and likely to upgrade life of mine to 20 years plus, (although part of this life extension was conceded that there will be some lower grades which will reduce profits a little and slow down the mining during a certain stage but the new resources added are likely to more than make up for this.

Also that debt finance has been brought along for the ride so they are witness to all the changes going on throughout the last year so there will be no surprises there.
