Thank you for posting an excellent article which exactly proves my point (not sure that was your intention though). I quote:
“Many companies, especially those with smaller projects might skip the PFS stage and move directly to Feasibility. I don’t disagree with this approach if the project is fairly simple and had a well defined scope at the PEA stage.”
AZL have skipped both PEA *and* PFS stages, and the scope of their actual project is a mystery to the market. The project is not “fairly simple”.
