the results of the scoping study was sufficient enough to proceed. If you are not in this stock, why are you even here???
either downramping because;
1. you want price to go down so you can buy some, in which case you believe it will go up.
2. you don’t want the project to go ahead and are worried that it will, hence the downramping.
either way, no savvy investor would be wasting their time on forums they’re not invested in. So you are not someone worth listening to.
