Why do you keep referencing a plant in NC? I never did. PLL supply deal is to deliver spod to Texas. No need for a plant when the offtake product is already ready to roll from NAL.
Like you say, its benifical to PLL to instead of delivering NAL product to NC, to deliver it closer to Texas. As you pointed out the Rail contract............Its not in the best interest of SYAQ to send a product even further, for more $
