It's just massive. In black and white possibly for the first time where it says quite clearly the Resources minister (which I believe to be the only validly appointed resources minister), as the "responsible commonwealth minister" as defined by the OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2006, from possible McCormack testimony: "Pitt made clear his intention to approve it" and "fueling expectations of approval".

This is absolutely massive, I believe what will happen is the Hon Virginia Bell's evidence will allow BPH to win their court case and then according to one resources minister and NOPTA, the application should have been "approved".
