The situation is hopeless with the existing board. JA is not doing much, the rest of the board made up is to meet statutory requirements. Expecting that management is going to do something is just wishful thinking.
The only hope left is for a major shareholder to take matters into their own hands and appoint their own directors. I expect a lot of guestions to be asked on the expectations and intentions of management and a time frame for their project. I don't expect JA to be around much longer after the AGM.
Many shareholders were attracted to invest by the potential of Newleyline for 20c per share. After drilling 4 holes shareholders were told that the conductor plate was missed and required more drilling at 160m lower at a different angle.
Shareholders were also being told of massive sulphides on two conductor plates at North and South Tolerno. When is management going to do something about them no one has any idea? Is management going to share with shareholders what their plans are? Till they have it all sorted out, people will not invest in Mandrake.
With all the money available is no used if they are not going to do something with them.
