SHV's difficulties need sober analysis, not idle accusations of management shortcomings. I spit on the drivel spouted above.

The agriculture-related negatives are piled high.

The one I am watching most closely is the floodwaters coming down the Murray and tributaries.

The interweb tells me Robinvale is 61m above sea level. The almond plantations along the Murray, once flooded, will likely stay water-logged for some time - months.

I am no expert, yet it looks to me that this raising the water-table will bring salt to the surface, with serious consequences.

Would anyone with knowledge of this kindly post their thoughts.

I am out of SHV, though I hold great affection for the enterprise and intend to reenter at lower levels. Nobody knows what that share price might be.
