I hold in this company from long, I would this purely management is the reason why this situation of SP. There was time when management dilution or gave shares to some broker etcs..lost trust in management
that time SP was 3c+ , business model was good and oil price favoured to the model as you see it's already paid
I hope and wish management pay dividends so that SP will back to 3c+
