.....and not so long ago, a US Sub whilst surfacing off the coast of some Asian country managed to take out a fishing boat on the surface.
Just think. Of the entire ocean, at that exact time, a US sub surfaces right underneath a small fishing boat.
What are the chances?
Billions to one I would have thought.
I have often thought about this. Is a particular event pre-ordained to happen?
