Hey webral... You think the 12c CR is odd... Look at CNH's last few months... It was trading at 15c and its financiers agreed to Pay 30c as an equity swap months ago... Share price is down from 15c.... AAK was a similar animal 2c trade offs with an sp around 1c. Now it around half that....
All asian ties.
I haven't looked at OKU but it wouldn't surprise me if some asiatic company were involved...
Strange that ORD went the other way though in their CR... Bucking the asian trend..
