Let's face it, you need to prove efficacy with the cells first before the 'problems' require solving. Horse before the cart. And, it 'may' not.
I'm watching the OA P3 trial. I also think the FDA hold the keys to MSC's success. I wait and watch.
CYP is acting as if they have already done a successful P3 with the FDA, or it's a given they will nail it. It doesn't work that way.
