    Looks like tender went out in 2020 and NSW wanted a cloud based solution, alc would not have been able to provide this until it acquired silverlink in Dec 2021 which was too late. Kate said if we wanted to compete with the big boys we needed to get into the cloud. This quarter will make or break alc IMO.
