Dare I suggest the article in the AFR is just part of the process of changing management and board - bit of public squaring up. Makes great copy for the press.
The real issue is whether or not the lawyers at AFL are looking at this and thinking - what am I doing at an organization like this? The entire company's revenue generating capacity (being the staff) leave the building every night. If they don't turn up the next day there is no business...... Management must focus on the day to day operations...
