I think you're right. Can't vouch for the vouch for the traders, as I'm a straight fundamentals man, but with the passing of the healthcare bill, it does open up the market for the treatment of a wider range of health issues - so would have to put ACR in the starting block for some uplift as a result.
Let's not forget what's happening at the Eli Lilly end as well. You don't hand out that sort of cash and not expect to get a return over a five year period - they will be looking for good sales over the short to medium term. From what I understand and looking back over previous ACR announcements, it would seem that ACR had some research that looked pretty promising in terms of market uptake, so if you factor this in I reckon the Bioshares valuation stacks up. And that's what the institutional guys will be looking at - capital appreciation with strong div flow - when you are paying out to the super funds who need the liquidity - this is a sweet proposition
