I don't see any reason why it should be bearish and that's the point - if there's no apparent reason, why then is it constantly getting sold down so much.
Why is it going backwards when everything is suggesting it should be rising upwards. That's the query!
The only thing I can think of is because of how long it seems it's potentially going to take before an actual offtake is announced - investors no doubt are going to grow sceptical.
