Very true...only reason for a share consolidation is because the stock has been massively diluted by constant cap raises to prop up how badly managed this company was.....and as reflected in the record all time low share price and the massive destruction of shareholder's wealth.

This stock has been blown into oblivion by the massive dilution caused by constant cap raises.

The consolidation will give this shocking company another opportunity to put their snouts in the trough and initiate constant cap raises because based on the current share price any future cap raises would be nearly impossible.

I'm surprised a class action has not been initiated based on the tremendous destruction of wealth to shareholders
