DDH could buy this at 61-64c share, effectively increasing their business revenue & drilling fleet by more than half & make it work without accounting for any synergies (and they'd be very significant). Wondering what it would take for a transaction to take place considering Scott Tumbridge folded Deepcore into MSV for around 60c/share in a cash/equity deal I recall but has received substantial earn outs for the last 3 years too.....

Still trading at a greater than 10% discount to the last raise. Would rather see an increase in the buyback preferentially over dividends at this stage if it continues to trade at these prices to increase future returns on equity. If the share price goes up, I'd be happy to take cash dividends. It's been a long and testing journey.
