AFR A. Mc Donald et al, 11.10.22, said there will be strong interest in a TLS sale of InfraCo in 2023. This will emanate mainly from Australian institutions, but also from overseas funds- both have strong interest in infrastructure assets, & their reliable cash flows etc.

They estimate a 49% sale of Infraco will attract c.$15b.
(This is an huge increase on TLS current trading multiples of c. 7.9 EV/EBITDA. This $15b estimate is based on the 2021 TLS sale of 49% of its Amplitel towers for $2.8b This sale equalled 28X EV/EBITDA !).
