The directors with lots of skin in the game have accumulated at a SP of about 1 cent to my reckoning, having taken shares in lou of fees at 1 cent etc.
The share price seems to bounce back to 1 cent after close in the auction.
I am wondering how do they protect what they have, A cap raise is needed. A good result out of Greenland and /or MT Thirsty is needed.
Directors are duty bound to the company NOT to trade while insolvent or they cop it big time.
So do they wait in hope of good results and then raise funds or do they already know good results are starting to come in.
If the results are not good then the necessary raise is very very dilutive or taken over for peanuts.
