Management: possible conflict of interest?, page-24

Hadn't checked in since last post but thanks for those that replied.

I see some people think I have an agenda. I really don't. I've never had a position in IXR and have no intention of opening one.

I have followed the rare earth sector for 12 years or so and it is hard. Ionic extraction probably the hardest of all given the environmental risks entailed. No one outside of China has ever done it and that includes projects like Aclara where a lot of money has been spent by true professionals (Hochschild).

So that said I would want my management team to be focused on the significant task at hand. If they've the time or motivation to look for similar side projects that would trouble me.

That is all. If you're a shareholder maybe ask investor relations at IXR what the reason is for Management action. Maybe they have a good answer. But do ask.
