Tesla delivery time has been shortened due to the capacity of their china factory being increased. Therefore you will find the month on month numbers you have shown have most likely topped due to a catch up on back orders. Experts and even people within the factory have said that the actual demand for Tesla's has dropped and this was confirmed by Tesla dropping it's prices to try and create more sales. The market reacted with a 7% sell off in the US recently.
