AFAIK, these predictions do NOT yet include any TLS expected SP increase based on having many thousands of more customers, from defecting Optus clients (ie unhappy about their private details being hacked). Morgan Stanley expects these new clients will add c.14-30 c extra to the TLS SP (see my post 10.11.22 above, for details).
